• Add other inbound call centers to help manage the call volume and-or call spikes and overflow.

Fulfillment Warehouse:

• Vet potential candidates, coordinate and manage the RFP process, recommend finalist(s), and assist in negotiating and managing the contract process.
• Manage and monitor the setup of SKUS and integration with third-party vendors.
• Provide testing of the order flow to ensure efficient shipping and handling.
• Manage the oversight of products, upsells, shipping containers, and postage replenishment and assist in coordinating delivery between the client and fulfillment.
• Manage the fulfillment customer service issues as needed and offer advice.

Merchant Processing:

• Vet potential candidates, coordinate and manage the RFP process, recommend finalist(s), and assist in negotiating and managing the contract process.
• Communicate all offer/pricing changes as needed.
• Manage the oversight of merchant processing (potential fraudulent orders or other activity) and recommend solutions as needed.
• Perform media analytics, which is included in a media-buying commission.
• Act as a weekly media expert to provide recommendations for short- and long-form media (paid and PI) based on regular TV and web results.
• Lead weekly client media calls and provide status updates, report issues, and offer recommendations.
• Introduce new media-buying opportunities and coordinate media expenditures with the media teams.
